CS-CAMP Photo Album -- Summer 2004 -- Index Page for Returning Campers


       Our second summer for CS-CAMP was held during the month of June, 2004.  Teachers and staff met for a few days before the girls arrived, then last year's campers returned and attended camp for two weeks.  This is their index page. The last two weeks of June were for another group of girls who were new to the program. Click here to see their pages.

6-4-2004 -- The teachers and staff are at work.

6-7 to 6-11-2004 -- The girls return.  Sessions in the classroom, shift from Scheme to Java, in the lab, a scavenger hunt, and logic lessons.

6-14 and 6-15-2004 -- Two days in the classroom and the lab, more scavenging, and dismantling and hopefully reassembling computers.
Part Three
Part Four
6-16 and 6-17-2004 -- Talks by Rice female undergrads, a visit to a robotics lab, a talk by an industry woman, and time in the lab and classroom.
6-18-2004 -- Last day.  Time in the lab, java presentations, graduation.
