       When people registered for the conference, we asked them to rate a number of items, based on how strong a barrier they felt each might be in preventing underrepresented minorities from achieving success in engineering fields. Those ratings, and the thoughts that people had, were used to frame some of the discussion during the conference. We've gathered all of it here for you to look at.
